With a background in business journalism, Greer spent 11 years as owner and manager of a women's clothing boutique called Duo. She then transitioned into nonprofit development, first at The Chris Long Foundation, then as executive director of First Tee - Virginia Blue Ridge. Licensed since 2018, Greer is a full-time Realtor serving buyers, sellers, renters and investors in Northern Virginia.

The thread that weaves together her professional experiences is a love of collaborating with clients. As the owner of Duo, she outfitted women in high quality apparel and accessories to maximize their confidence and help them express themselves. In the nonprofit space, she paired donors' philanthropic interests with charitable initiatives that aligned with their values and priorities.

As a real estate agent, Greer enjoys helping individuals and families from all walks of life find the perfect home to serve as the setting for their lives. She hopes to be a part of their lives long after the transaction is finished.
