With a background in business journalism, Greer spent 11 years as owner and manager of a women's clothing boutique called Duo. She then transitioned into nonprofit development, first at The Chris Long Foundation, then as executive director of First Tee - Virginia Blue Ridge. Licensed since 2018, Greer is a full-time Realtor serving buyers, sellers, renters and investors in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
